Guess you know Fresno is the next city with their high pay from the unions. We have to make sure it does not happen like in Wisconsin.

This is a great way to use fractional reserve banking against the Federal Reserve shareholders who want to see States on their knees bankrupt begging for help.  Not only can States start their own banks but Universities can too, saving the Universities from slashing jobs and raising fees.  http://www.secretofoz.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=art...

Ray said on KMJ that there are 3 he found with over 100,000 with that coming in. So Fresno needs the help too.
