With the judge ruling unconstitutional the new health care law we  win a small victory. the problem comes with the Obama administrations response to the ruling. they plan as of this writing to go on with the implantation of the law as if it had never occurred. this is not the first court ruling the current court ruling the administration has defied either. the first being the one on off shore drilling.
