New Founding Fathers Foreign Policy section

A new group has been added, titled "Founding Fathers Foreign Policy." Its purpose is to discuss the foreign policy ideas of Jefferson, Washington, Franklin, Madison, John Adams, etc., with emphasis on (1) non-interventionism and the role of America in setting a positive example for other nations and (2) how excessive militarism easily leads to an oppressive expansion of government power and control.
