Prop 19

I think it would be interesting to have a discussion about Prop. 19 and the potential of decriminilizing the use of recreational drugs in general. As a libertarian and therefor in favor of absolute freedom (as long as it doesn't harm others) and private property rights I am of course in favor of 19. I would like to know your feelings on it or at least have a discussion. To me this is a pivital proposition. You are either in favor of freedom or against it.

The statement about the Constitution not being a suicide pact is still a good one, despite liberal/left/libertarian attempts to make it a suicide pact.
