The government is launching another spending spree with an initial
outlay of $50 billion geared toward infrastructure projects, while Fed
Chairman Ben Bernanke recently suggested that he is contemplating new
forms of money printing
-- so-called quantitative easing.

This is a decent article laying out the grounds of our opposition to any new or additional "stimulus." Now the Obama Administration is actually using stimulus as a political tool. Paying back and paying forward to the unions who worked their asses off to get him elected... and will have to do it again in 2012.
This new 50 Billion dollars is going strictly into the hands of the unions because they have a lock on most road, railway and airport building projects. None of this money is slated for Blue Ribbon Carpet Care or any other hard working private companies out there. All union.. all the time! Already these "big roadway" projects going on all over Fresno and the valley tout that they "are putting America back to work." That is bullsh*t. Even though the projects are big in scope... they don't actually employ that many people. In these type of projects millions are easily skimmed off the top for Union administrative costs... and all sorts of payouts along the way.

They chose these projects because they can pay back the unions... and they are visible... and stupid people think that something is getting done. The rest of us know that stimulus is a criminal adventure for the government to launder money through the unions.

We need a F*ck the Stimulus Protest!

Couldn't agree more Steve. Sent a letter to the Fresno Bee stating the same thing . . . another stimulus plan going to special interest groups, the union!
