Who is Black Dog

Recently it was reported by the free press of our country that presidential candidate Perry may have made a racially (in)sensitive comment referring to a "black cloud" hanging over the country (I paraphrase). Today while watching a news report about where the President will be vacationing (Martha's Vineyard) I saw a sign hanging over the sidewalk of an establishment, it read, The Black Dog. It made me wonder if the President has ever visited this establishment, and who else visits this establishment? I thought that Martha's Vineyard was the playground of the Kennedys, the Kerrys, the Obamas, and the rest of the politically correct crowd. Where is the outrage? Why hasn't this establishment been forced to close it's doors?
