While Americans enjoy the Thanksgiving weekend and join the annual running of the bulls celebration at malls and retail outlets, something sinister is taking place.

Comment by Nick Cozzone on November 28, 2011 at 8:36pm I believe that Ron's interpretation of our Constitution is accurate, however many lawyers who consider themselves "conservative" will twist the original intent to feature this murder as just another neccessary casualty of the "war on terror."
JD, I know you have military experience, but do you ever wonder if the fraud that exists throughout our government does not also extend to the military industrial complex and the globalists who have authored these wars?
Comment by Ron Drioane on November 28, 2011 at 5:15pm Yup, guilt for treason must be established in court. Now you see?

Comment by Ron Drioane on November 28, 2011 at 2:09pm Article 3 section 3 of the US Constitution
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.
I'm done with this.
Comment by James (JD) Bennett on November 28, 2011 at 1:22pm First of all, I didn't call you stupid. The comment was! If the shoe fits though. Just as fittingly, I don't appriciate people accussing me of not upholding the constitution by telling me I oppose it. It is a known fact and proven by his own admission that he declared 'jihad' against the United States. He was appointed to a top leadership position within AQ. AQ is at war with the US, this group led by Bin Laden attacked the United States. Bin Laden and Al-Walaki worked closely together and planned attacks on the US. He was actively engaged in AQ militant operations against the U.S. Really... What more do you need? His son was killed in war. (casualties of war)
Comment by Ron Drioane on November 28, 2011 at 1:09pm No JD I do not support terrorisim. I support the rule of law. How does an individual declare war on the US? Please educate me of the specific charges against this American citizen. Please tell me what is constitutional about assasinating an american citizen witout charges or trial. Remember please that he was not ingaged in a military opperation at the time of his killing. Remember too that his innocent son was also killed during the attack. Also, I am not stupid and do not appreciate your insinuation. Name calling is not going to get you anywhere.
Comment by James (JD) Bennett on November 28, 2011 at 1:00pm First of all, I'm not opposed to the constitution. That's actually a stupid comment considering I took an oath that I stiil uphold to this day, to protect and defend the constitution and the United States against all enemies foriegn and domestic. When one (citizen) openly declares war on the US and joins opposing forces against the US, they commit treason. Al-Walaki is a terrorist, why do you defend him? Do you suppprt terrorism?

Treason is is a crime punisable by death if you are found guilty of the crime. JD, are you so opposed to the constitution that you believe that American citizens can be killed by the government with no charges and no trial? Please explain to me how that fits with the constitutionally limited government Core Value.

This reporter is an obvious idiot and does not understand what a terrorist watch list is. He really seals his point saying the ACLU wants to get involved. That's reassuring. Al-Walaki was a terrorist, plain and simple. His cooperation with Al-Qiada and being appointed a leadership position within AQ puts him in a position to commit 'Jihad' against the United States. Whether one would consider him a foreign or domestic terrorist, he is still a terrorist and committed treason against his own country. Treason is punishable by death. He got his just reward.
